Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time remote role, allowing counselors to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of their homes. Your work environment will include a small, collaborative team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some adjustments based on patient needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Solaris Health System, you will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your approach will center around understanding each client's unique background and challenges, allowing for tailored interventions that resonate with their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proficient in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy techniques to provide individualized care that meets the needs of each client.
