What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and schedule a bar team through high-volume service
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, cost control, and par levels
• Oversee beverage standards, cocktail consistency, and recipe compliance
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years bar management or lead bartender experience in high-volume settings
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain strong bar teams
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic and contemporary cocktails
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant metrics
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
