Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans based on clients' assessments, needs, and treatment goals, involving clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Engage in regular reviews of treatment plans, adjusting them as needed to reflect clients’ progression and evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, integrating various support services for clients.
\n
• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, offering immediate support to clients in emotional distress.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy, partaking in ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client-related matters.

• Advocate for clients' rights, empowering them to make informed decisions throughout their treatment.

• Foster a secure and confidential virtual setting, utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and effectively navigate difficult emotional circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating and formulating effective treatment plans, along with successful completion of client assessments.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proficiency with electronic health record systems.
\n
• A commitment to ongoing professional education and adherence to the highest ethical guidelines in therapy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples is preferred, ideally with a focus on both adults and children.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with technology.

• Background in crisis intervention and familiarity with best practices in managing acute mental health situations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
