Compensation $22.00 - $25.00/hour Schedule Full time Highlights 1-3 years administrative experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment Description The Details: Position: HR Administrative Assistant Schedule: In office - Full - Time // Mon - Fri Hourly: $22 - $25/HR The Spirit of the Position: LAZ Parking is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrator reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and is responsible for maintaining the HRIS, managing employee files, adhering to compliance regulations and policies, special projects and other office administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record all personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, benefits, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics in HRIS and payroll systems for all employees; generate reports upon request. Update HRIS System to reflect all necessary employee status changes. Assist in recruitment for the location, including recruitment, posting ads, resume screening and potentially interviewing. Answer and/or refer employee questions regarding Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, PTO, Company & Union Policies etc. Communicate new and existing employee status updates and hour changes to the appropriate Union. Onboarding Administration: Manage end to end onboarding, review, verify completion of regular and DOT hires along. Conduct onboarding presentations and initial new hire training. Assist in Leave of Absence and protected Leave Administration according to Federal, State, Local, Union and Company policies Manage all additional HR and office administrative duties including but not limited to assisting employees with ADP and other systems access issues. Maintaining HR trackers, and overall location benefit administration. Run monthly HR and Operations Reports as needed. Perform other administrative/related duties as required and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years administrative experience 1-2 years related HR administration experience preferred, not required

SKILLS:

Prior experience with HRIS or other HR technology desired but not required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with team members as well as independently Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time in order to meet set deadlines Proven problem-solving abilities Attention-to-detail and high-level of accuracy required Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
