Production Control Coordinator

Launch Teams needs 2 Production Control Coordinators at IAB in Wichita This is a Shop/Hangar role. Start date is Monday after candidate can clear compliance. The Production Control Coordinator (PCC) role establishes and manages the process flow of open work documents, audits, and accounts for completed work documents. The PCC coordinates resources with related departments and supports pre-induction and post-visit meetings. Responsibilities include organizing and being accountable for all job tasks associated with the projects, including updating the job card log. The PCC will build digital and hard copy work packages, including appropriate customer electronic ERP entries in accordance with customer GMMs, and handle scanning and shipping of records. The PCC assembles and revises new work orders, manages routine and non-routine job cards and audit cards for FAA and customer compliance with accurate paperwork to meet the customer GMM. The role also involves supporting statements of work customer meetings, providing project status updates, and assisting with scheduling as needed. The PCC must ensure the production control booth remains secure to protect customer paperwork at all times. Other duties may be assigned by Planning, PMO, and Operations. Skills needed: MRO experience is a plus. Empower MX experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams) and above-average computer skills. Professionalism and ability to interact with Client and Teams Leadership daily. Ability to multitask, thrive under pressure, and handle a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to research technical data and references as needed. This position will be on the hangar floor and may not be in a climate-controlled environment. Why Choose LAUNCH?
