CVICU RN - Ocala, FL

We are seeking a dynamic CV ICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.

Position Details: CVICU RN- Ocala, FL Location: Ocala, FL 34474 Project Duration: Full time/ Permanent Sign on Bonus: Up to $20,000 Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends)

What will you will do in this role:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. Would Consider PCU RN experience
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree, BSN preferred
• BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer
