Position: Onsite Coordinator

Responsibilities include recruiting personnel and onboarding employees for onsite accounts. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Familiar with admin tasks. Avionte knowledge. Strong experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with recruitment. Fill current and prospective job openings for onsite accounts. Maintain an availability list for onsite accounts. Processing payroll and auditing daily punches for associates. Handling accident/injury investigations in cooperation with the safety team. Maintain and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for customers. Perform other administrative duties as dictated by business needs. Check-ins of new starts at onsite locations. Walk throughout the facility during the day to ensure safety and PPE compliance.

Position Requirements: Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of staffing-related experience, preferably in a previous onsite coordinator role. Must be able to drive as a requirement and essential function of the job as needed. Must have a valid driver's license. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
