Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Austin

Compensation: $45 - $55/ hour depending on experience

Top Technical Requirements:

Technical Business Analysis Experience

• Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical BA background
• Experience supporting software, application, or technology projects

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into:
  • User stories
  • Process flows
  • Business rules
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Functional requirements

Ability to Work with Technical Teams

• Experience partnering with:
  • Software Developers
  • Cloud/DevOps Engineers
  • Project Managers
• Able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and clarify vague requirements

Process Improvement & Problem Solving

• Experience identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and inefficiencies
• Able to bring structure to loosely defined processes and projects
