Property Accountant - Hybrid Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team on a direct-hire basis. The ideal accountant would have experience in Real Estate Accounting multifamily, or commercial real estate experience considered.
The ideal match for this position will have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting at a real estate firm
- Bachelor in Accounting from an accredited 4-year college/university
- Ability to work in MS Excel and an advanced level
- Strong grasp of Yardi software
- Tech-savvy, strong GAAP knowledge
- Critical thinking skills and analytics skills
- Strong Financial Statement Prep and Analysis
