Deine Aufgaben Du gestaltest deine Warengruppe Non Food unter Wahrung definierter Qualitätsstandards und dem Einsatz von Category Management-Gedanken. Konkret heißt das: Verantwortung für die internationale Gestaltung deines Sortiments, von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt Trendscouting, Wettbewerbs- und Sortimentsanalysen, um dein Lidl Sortiment zukunftssicher aufzustellen Entwicklung deiner Produkte hinsichtlich Funktionalität & Qualität gemeinsam mit der Produktentwicklung und unseren Lieferanten Eigenständige Durchführung von internationalen Verhandlungen und TroubleshootingSicherstellung der Lieferkette durch Bündelung von Informationen aus den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Marketing, CSR, usw. Dein Profil Erfahrung im Einkauf, insbesondere im Führen von Verhandlungen und Produktmanagement Gespür für Marktentwicklungen, Kundenanforderungen und Trends Verhandlungsgeschick in Kombination mit ausgeprägten rhetorischen Fähigkeiten Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft für eine Vor-Ort-Präsenz von 4 bis 5 Tagen pro Woche Wir bieten Attraktive Vergütung sowie Sozialleistungen Firmenwagen inkl.
