Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our fast-paced team. This role will play a critical part in managing daily accounting operations and helping establish process improvements as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions

• Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy

• Execute weekly check runs and manage timely payments

• Set up and manage new vendor accounts , ensuring compliance with internal policies

• Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial analysis

• Take ownership of fixed asset accounting , including the full lifecycle: acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation

• Lead the annual fixed asset inventory , ensuring accuracy and accountability

• Monitor asset status: what’s active, what’s closing, and other lifecycle updates

• Partner with procurement and requisitioning processes to ensure documentation is in place

• Support and improve documentation by helping develop and refine work instructions

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
