The Southeast Ohio Water Environment Association is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist/Human Resource Generalist responsible for comprehensive HR duties including payroll and benefit administration. The successful candidate will maintain personnel records, process payroll, and assist with recruitment and training. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio Driver’s license, and at least two years of HR or payroll experience.
