Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates via our exclusive platform and your own network
• Reach out to prospective candidates, introducing them to MLR's opportunities while assessing their interest
• Coordinate meetings for candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to keep their interest alive and support them throughout their hiring journey
• Keep meticulous records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
