Your role:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform along with your own networking skills
• Reach out to interested candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment experts for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Requirements for success:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation structure:
