Your key responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform alongside your network to source potential healthcare candidates, reaching out proactively to introduce our opportunities and assess candidate interest, arranging appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth evaluations, following up with leads to ensure ongoing interest and aid in their hiring journey, keeping precise and updated records through our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that arise, and successful hires from your outreach.
