• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up on leads to maintain engagement and facilitate their hiring experience
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach
