Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing a variety of issues including but not limited to relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, and communication difficulties.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients about mental health, coping strategies, and healthy family dynamics.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of each session, treatment progress, and compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring disorders or additional health needs.

• Attending team meetings and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n
