Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, co-occurring mental health issues, and their respective treatment needs, employing standardized tools and methods.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that not only tackle addiction but also address underlying psychological factors contributing to clients' challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to foster active participation and progress in recovery.

• Actively collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure clients receive an integrated approach to their treatment.

• Educate and support clients’ families, enhancing their understanding of addiction and the recovery process, thereby encouraging their involvement in therapy.

• Ensure that all records are maintained accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
