From utility inspectors to first responders, soldiers in battlefield scenarios and beyond.About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our HQ located in San Mateo, CA. This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in People Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the "Face of Skydio" for our candidates—managing their onsite experience, scheduling their interviews, and ensuring they feel welcomed. You will learn the ins and outs of recruiting tools like Ashby and Workday while supporting university recruiting events and intern programs.How You'll Make an ImpactCoordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across various departmentsGreet candidates onsite at our HQ, providing office tours and ensuring a warm, welcoming environmentCollaborate with the University Recruiting team to help coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboardingMaintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure no candidate falls through the cracksAssist the broader People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding, swag management, and event planningLearn to identify scheduling conflicts and proactively solve puzzles to keep the hiring process moving fastWhat Makes You a Good FitAbility to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisors (RAs) or customer service experience is a plus!)You are hyper-organized with a strong attention to detail—you love a checked-off to-do listYou have a "customer obsession" mindset and genuinely enjoy making people feel comfortable and valuedYou are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms (Ashby, G-Suite, Workday) quicklyYou are a clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions when you hit a roadblockYou are excited to start your career at a fast-paced, high-tech company building the future of flightCompensationAt Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000*.
