Responsibilities Execute the assembly, inspection, and packaging of components while strictly adhering to standardized work instructions. Drive production efficiency by accurately documenting output metrics and tracking scrap rates. Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring machine performance and identifying potential issues early. Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and cleanliness to ensure operational safety. Proactively communicate equipment malfunctions or process bottlenecks to leadership to minimize downtime. Champion a culture of safety by strictly following all environmental and plant-wide health protocols. Required Skills Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in utilizing computer systems to access production data and work orders. Experience operating handheld labeling and scanning equipment. Strong commitment to safety standards and quality control procedures. Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
