Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred

• Skilled in documentation, goal-setting, and progress reporting
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster participation and independence
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and provide timely progress updates
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
