Two full-time openings are available for highly motivated professionals to provide school-based occupational therapy services in vibrant, supportive learning environments.

Details of both roles:

• Both are located at elementary schools.
• Each is a full-time assignment (35+ hours per week).
• Collaborative, team-oriented staff.

First Opportunity:

• Spanning two nearby elementary schools.
• Covers two non-concurrent leaves, ensuring continued support for students across both locations.
• Full school year assignment, providing schedule consistency and the chance to see meaningful student growth.

Second Opportunity:

• Full-time coverage for a maternity leave from October through April.
• Located at an elementary campus, focused on providing comprehensive OT services during a key academic window.
• Supportive faculty and engaged students welcome your expertise.

Ideal candidates possess:

• A valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois.
• Previous experience with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment.
• Competency in implementing IEP goals, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educational teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individual and group OT sessions according to student IEPs.
• Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and families.
• Participating in IEP meetings and student evaluations.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting student independence, motor skills, and classroom participation.
