Receptionist

We're looking for a professional, friendly, and service-focused Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression for our members, guests, and visitors.In this role, you'll serve as the face of Campus Federal by greeting visitors, assisting members, coordinating lobby activities, and directing individuals to the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.Responsibilities Include:Create a warm and welcoming experience by greeting members, guests, and visitors promptly and professionally.Assist members with basic inquiries and guide them to the appropriate department or team member for assistance.Support member engagement by identifying opportunities to connect members with products and services that meet their needs.Answer and direct incoming calls while ensuring timely and professional communication.Assist members with self-service technologies, including Campus Connect machines where applicable.Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and support building security by managing visitor access.Maintain accurate records related to member and visitor interactions.Support safe deposit box access procedures and related documentation where applicable.Receive and route deliveries, packages, and correspondence to the appropriate departments.Monitor lobby activity and member wait times to help ensure an efficient and positive member experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and public area.Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed.Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative support, or financial institution experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a professional environment.Proficient with office technology and comfortable learning new systems.Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional member service.Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with members, team members, and visitors.Why Campus Federal?At Campus Federal, you'll join a team committed to service excellence, professional growth, and making a positive difference in the lives of our members.
