Job Description Summary Digital products are central to how we create value for customers and shape the consumer experience. As a Software Engineer you will serve as the tech lead on an empowered product team, partnering with Product and Design to solve meaningful problems and deliver measurable outcomes. What You Will Work On Build user‑centered, enterprise software that directly improves how sales teams work with customers. You will partner closely with users, product, design and stakeholders to design, build, and evolve connected tools, data, and workflows used daily by sales teams across Retail, Food Service, and finance teams. Your work will span experimentation, systems thinking and continuous improvement, and you will be responsible for optimizing business outcomes like profitable volume growth, productivity, execution quality and customer impact. Continuously learning, using data and customer insight to improve. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product Management and Product Design to understand customer problems, workflows and pain points. Contribute to solution discovery, including ideation, prototyping and evaluating multiple approaches. Provide a strong technical perspective to identify what is feasible, valuable and worth building; challenge assumptions and propose simpler, faster or more impactful alternatives. Lead technical direction for the team: define and guide the architecture, system design, trade‑offs between speed, scalability, maintainability and cost, and ensure alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture. Identify and manage technical risks early, surfacing trade‑offs clearly to partners. Own end‑to‑end engineering outcomes: deliver high‑quality solutions that meet performance, reliability, security and scalability standards. Maintain a high bar for code quality and system design through reviews, testing, observability and CI/CD. Drive continuous improvement of the product through iteration, feedback and learning. Partner with Product and Data to define and track success metrics and outcomes; use data, customer feedback and experimentation to guide decisions and prioritize improvements. Help the team balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product and technical health. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team, support skill development in engineering craft and product thinking, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous learning. Participate in hiring and onboarding to raise the bar for engineering talent. Help define and evolve engineering standards, patterns and best practices across teams; collaborate with other tech leads to ensure consistency and leverage shared solutions where appropriate. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of software engineering experience. Experience building and shipping production‑grade applications. Deep experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including designing scalable data integrations and customizing Salesforce to support complex business workflows. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend). Experience working with APIs, distributed systems and cloud environments. Experience on cross‑functional product teams and contributing to product discovery or solution design. Track record of technical leadership within a team. Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, testing and observability. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience building customer‑facing products. Experience in agile methodology and using tools such as Atlassian JIRA. Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks. Base pay may vary based on location, knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of medical, financial and other benefits is offered. Annual Incentive Portion: 30% of base pay, market‑based competitive value. Location and Travel United States – Atlanta. Travel Required: 0% – 25%.
