Job Description Job Description Job Details: * Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) * Location : Maple Grove, MN * Employment Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time * Pay: $22.23 - $27.37 per hour (Based on experience) +Benefits Schedule: * Monday - Friday * 40 hours per week * 8-hour day shifts * Shift times vary between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM * No weekends * No on-call -> Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a Family Medicine Clinic. The Medical Assistant will support providers by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. This role serves patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. -> Responsibilities * Room patients and obtain vital signs. * Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. * Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed. * Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory testing. * Perform phlebotomy as needed. * Assist with prescription refill requests. * Provide telephone support and communicate with patients. * Assist with front desk and patient check-in when needed. * Order and stock medical supplies. * Assist with prior authorizations. * Maintain accurate electronic medical records. * Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines. -> Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP, ABHES, or equivalent). * Previous clinical experience required. * Current BLS Certification required. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic. -> Benefits * Competitive benefits package * PTO * 401(k) with employer match * Tuition reimbursement * Childcare discount program * Adoption assistance * Fitness center access * Career growth opportunities ~JB Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
