Director of Sponsorship Sales

To support a growing commercial engine, the full-time Director of Sponsorship Sales will nurture and expand global sponsor partnerships while focusing on either acquiring new logos or enhancing NeuGroup for Value Creation, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Deepen relationships with strategic sponsors by mapping accounts and expanding into new budgets and business units Own and grow a pipeline of new sponsors or enhance existing partnerships through value-driven selling Develop proposals, pricing structures, and track performance against individual quotas Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in sponsorship, media, or partnership sales, preferably in B2B or financial services Proven track record of enterprise account expansion within large organizations Experience in new-business hunting or selling into private equity Strong ability to sell based on outcomes and value rather than just inventory Excellent relationship-building skills with senior executives and experience managing a full sales cycle
