Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and programming.
• Maintain and clean machinery, tooling, and work area according to safety standards.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience operating and setting up CNC machines (mills, lathes).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and experience with various precision measurement tools.
• Ability to perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues.
