Care Coordinator- Ridgewood

Care Coordinator – Ridgewood, Queens Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Ridgewood location in Queens. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. They will guide our patients through our out‑of‑network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators must execute 5‑star customer service and foster a true community environment for both patients and team members. A collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.
