Support world‑class manufacturing by providing timely maintenance assistance to all departments and production/facility improvements. Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as presses, baggers, sealers, conveyors and printers, ensuring proper care, use and storage. Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing support equipment (air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps). Maintain and update required record and filing systems, inventory parts and supplies. Qualifications Excellent safety and attendance record. High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. 3+ years of maintenance procedures and shop practices experience or technical trade school graduate. Practical knowledge of utility equipment and power tools in manufacturing. Experience with manufacturing support systems, steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling, and industrial electrical troubleshooting. Basic electronic troubleshooting and computer skills. Knowledge of Work Order programs for equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations. Availability to work overtime. Good oral and written communication skills.
