About Compassion Collective Compassion Collective is building a practitioner‑led therapy collective that supports sustainable, independent clinical work without the traditional group practice split model. Our flat‑tier membership structure allows clinicians to keep more of what they earn while gaining access to thoughtfully designed offices, billing support, scheduling infrastructure, referrals, community collaboration, and a trauma‑informed professional environment. Position Overview We are seeking independently motivated therapists who value autonomy, community, ethical care, and long‑term sustainability in private practice. This role offers the freedom of private practice with the support of a collaborative professional community. What Makes This Different Unlike traditional percentage‑based group practices, Compassion Collective operates on a transparent flat‑tier membership model. Clinicians maintain autonomy over their schedules, caseloads, and clinical approach while accessing shared operational infrastructure and community support. Membership benefits may include: Insurance billing support Thoughtfully designed therapy and hybrid telehealth offices Cross‑referrals within the collective Scheduling infrastructure Community collaboration spaces Workshops and shared learning opportunities Access to trauma‑informed practitioner community Flexible office access depending on membership tier Administrative and operational support without excessive overhead splits Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Respond appropriately to crisis situations when necessary Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly Coordinate referrals and collaborate with outside providers when appropriate Maintain ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and practice Manage an independent caseload and schedule Preferred Qualifications Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health professional in Minnesota LICSW, LGSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent eligible licensure Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field Experience providing psychotherapy across diverse populations Training or interest in modalities such as: CBT DBT EMDR Brainspotting Somatic therapies Psychodynamic therapy Integrative or trauma‑informed approaches Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Commitment to ethical, relational, and client‑centered care Ideal Fit We are especially interested in clinicians who: Value autonomy without isolation Want to grow a sustainable private practice Appreciate collaborative community spaces Prefer transparent 1099 financial structures over high percentage splits Are interested in helping shape a practitioner‑centered culture Compassion Collective welcomes clinicians from diverse backgrounds, identities, and therapeutic orientations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
