Job Location: Mettawa, Illinois / Remote until Covid Job Type: Contract/ Full-time

Job Description:

• Senior Business Systems Analyst with Life sciences experience, previously working on Web-Based development, integration wrt to TIBCO and hands-on creating JOR stories, epic and functional design for complex systems like CRM or Web-based Tools / Product development.
• Nice to have - experience on Salesforce/ Veeva and working with Integration teams creating integration specification documents is preferred.
• Ability to understand complex systems with multiple integrations and create product specifications, technical, functional requirements, user guides, support procedures, IT operations, User stories (in Jira).
• Jira Tool: Defining Stories working on Features, & Epics for multiple Projects/ product requirements; worked with RTMs for delivery of the features for different releases and timelines as per Sprint. Good, understanding and experience UAT.
• Ability to convey technically complicated concepts clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical) and work with cross functional, stakeholder and project teams.
• Experience producing visuals to aid in the understanding of technical content (e.g., diagrams, business process flows, etc.).
• Strong Analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Work on time-bound deliverables and effectively lead / coordinate teams.
• Able to perform business scenario testing and work with Business Users to facilitate UAT discussion and sign off.

Must have skill:

• Web Based Agile Project Experience.
• Pharmaceutical Commercial Sales & Digital marketing domain background.
• Requirement Gathering, Epic and Story creation in JIRA tool and hands on without guidance.
• Ability to understand complex systems with multiple integrations and create product specifications, technical, functional requirements, user guides, support procedures, IT operations, User stories (in Jira) & more.
• Ability to convey technically complicated concepts clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical) and work with cross functional, stakeholder and project teams.

Good to have:

• Experience working with TIBCO / Integration teams, creating integration specification documents is preferred.
• Smartsheet hands on experience.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline.
