Operations Manager

Overview U.S. Venture, Inc. seeks Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida to oversee warehouse and operational functions for a large facility, to include logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. The role manages supervisors and office staff, ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met, and takes responsibility for the security of the building and product. It strategically develops and deploys key learning on all systems and processes related to day‑to‑day operations to successfully train staff in all functional areas and aids the development of the ERP vision. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience with warehouse/operations systems Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related field, or related training experience Demonstrated ability with material handling and inventory documentation Experience in budgeting, supply contracts, and shipping requirements Strong math, accounting, and financial interpretation skills Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Travel up to 20% domestically to multiple warehouse locations to support staff training on all ERP operating systems and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
