We're ultra-hardworking people committed to solving tough problems that save precious time and energy.What You'll DoBuild and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across robotics, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineeringDevelop creative, research-driven sourcing strategies to find candidates who aren't actively lookingWrite outreach that resonates — personalized, specific, and reflective of a genuine understanding of the candidate's backgroundPartner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each roleMaintain a sharp, accurate view of the talent landscape — who's doing interesting work, where, and why they might be open to a conversationContinuously refine your approach based on what's working and what's notWho You AreYou don't need a script; you can reason through a hard problem, craft a strategy, and adjust on the fly.
