This role will primarily be remote, allowing you the flexibility to meet client needs from a location that suits you best while still collaborating closely with a team of experienced professionals. You will have access to state-of-the-art teletherapy tools and a variety of resources to bolster your practice and client interactions. Our outpatient office can be utilized for in-person sessions when necessary, promoting a hybrid model of care that embraces both virtual and face-to-face therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth and face-to-face formats, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs, histories, and presenting issues to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and therapeutic objectives.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches, to effectively support clients.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, demonstrating responsiveness to therapeutic outcomes and evolving client needs.

• Maintain precise, timely, and compliant documentation of all client interactions and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
