About the Role\n

Hi candidate. Our company is software and education company in the ecommerce space.

\n

Mostly ebay dropshipping but also some focus on walmart and amazon.

\n

We are hiring a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to manage the daily operations of our growing e-commerce education and software company.

\n

Our services include software access, 1 on 1 coaching, group coaching, community, done for you store manegement, credit repair, and business funding

\n

\n

You will oversee fulfillment, client success, staff, hiring, systems, and overall company performance. Your main responsibility is to ensure the business runs smoothly, clients are happy and getting results, and every team member is completing their responsibilities.

\n

\n

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and can help scale an online business without sacrificing service quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Fulfillment\n

\n
• Oversee daily operations, client fulfillment, support, and service delivery.
\n
• Ensure all clients receive what they were promised and are making progress.
\n
• Monitor client satisfaction, retention, complaints, refunds, and chargebacks.
\n
• Identify and resolve fulfillment or operational problems quickly.
\n
• Create and improve processes, checklists, training materials, and SOPs.
\n
• Make sure the business operates efficiently without requiring constant founder involvement.
\n
• Provide clear weekly reports on team performance, client results, and operational issues.
\n

\n Team Management and Hiring\n

\n
• Manage fulfillment, support, client success, and operational staff.
\n
• Set clear responsibilities, expectations, deadlines, and performance metrics.
\n
• Hold employees accountable and address underperformance.
\n
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new staff members.
\n
• Build a strong company culture based on ownership, urgency, and client satisfaction.
\n
• Ensure every department communicates and works together effectively.
\n

\n Client Success\n

\n
• Improve the onboarding and overall client experience.
\n
• Make sure clients receive fast, professional support.
\n
• Identify unhappy, inactive, or at-risk clients before they cancel.
\n
• Improve systems that help more clients achieve measurable results.
\n
• Collect client feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
\n
• Ensure the sales team only promises services that fulfillment can properly deliver.
\n

\n Systems and Growth\n

\n
• Find ways to improve our current programs, software, services, and offers.
\n
• Research and develop new services, upsells, and recurring revenue opportunities.
\n
• Identify tasks that can be simplified, delegated, or automated.
\n
• Manage company systems, including GoHighLevel, project management tools, communication platforms, and reporting dashboards.
\n
• Monitor operational costs, staffing needs, profit margins, and department performance.
\n
• Turn the founder’s ideas into organized plans, deadlines, and completed projects.
\n

\n Content and Marketing\n

\n
• Record one long-form YouTube video each week.
\n
• Record short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms.
\n
• Work with the marketing team to develop content ideas and promotional campaigns.
\n
• Help improve the company’s positioning, messaging, offers, and social media presence.
\n
• Represent the company professionally and confidently on camera.
\n

\n Ideal Candidate\n

• Has experience managing an e-commerce, SaaS, coaching, education, or online service business.
\n
• Understands online sales funnels, digital products, client fulfillment, and recurring revenue.
\n
• Has experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
\n
• Understands social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and online advertising.
\n
• Has experience managing remote employees and contractors.
\n
• Is highly organized, accountable, and comfortable making decisions.
\n
• Can build systems, manage people, and solve problems without constant direction.
\n
• Is confident recording educational and promotional video content.
\n
• Is focused on improving client results, retention, efficiency, and profitability.
\n
