Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy informed by evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and measure progress against therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate and participate in group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that cater to various client demographics.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to mitigate immediate risks during therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
