Position Details:

Location - 100% Remote

Title - Event Coordinator (Event Management)

Pay range- $25-30/hr

Direct Notes

• Events support services for North America Client's Health and Life Sciences Field Marketing, which includes supporting event operations/logistics, event planning, ancillary programs, shipping lead, and on-site event support
• Candidate can work remotely.

Three qualifications you are looking for:

• Event experience / expertise, bonus if they have worked events in the past to have a working knowledge of Event Management process, tools, and lead tracking process
• Self-starter and ability to manage complex and competing priorities, as this position will be managing several events for an ongoing basis
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

Any other helpful information?

• This contractor role will be dedicated to event management, including all aspects of third-party/trade show event management
• Experience in event management will be required
