Business Office Assistant

As a Business Office Assistant , you will play a vital role in maintaining the administrative heartbeat of our organization.

About the Role:

As a Business Office Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, proper financial management, and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Management: Process patient payments, manage cash receipts, and perform financial reporting

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidential records

  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, manage office supplies, and ensure proper inventory control

  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • 0 years of experience in a related field (entry-level opportunity!)

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
