Senior Portfolio Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Portfolio Accountant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both general accounting and SEC reporting . In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting for a diverse property portfolio while supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts. What you’ll do: Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and fixed assets for assigned properties Perform monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP‑compliant reporting Partner with property managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Support SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and audit processes Maintain internal controls and assist with process improvements What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience in property accounting, real estate, or construction Experience with CAM reconciliations and month‑end close Exposure to SEC reporting Strong systems and Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
