What You'll Do

As a Remote Help Desk Technician, you'll be the lifeline for our customers—solving everyday technology problems with patience, professionalism, and a smile.

Provide remote technical support for Windows (8, 10, 11) and macOS (10.15+) systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft Office Suite, and printers
Guide users through malware removal and best practices for prevention
Support clients via phone, email, IM, and remote connection software
Track, document, and resolve issues with efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

1+ year of IT support experience (preferred)
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills (Mac skills a plus!)
Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Personable, reliable, and trustworthy (background check required)
A quiet, distraction-free workspace

Tech Requirements

Minimum: Multi-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 2 displays, Windows 10/11, MS Office 2019+, wired internet (no WiFi), PC headset
Recommended: 16GB RAM, noise-canceling headset, UPS backup
