Century 21 Select is seeking a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate willing to work 20-25 hours per week to help our Hidden Valley Lake office. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently.

Schedule: part-time, Monday through Friday, 4-5-hour shift.

What you would be doing in this role:

  • Greet Customers
  • Answer Phones
  • Perform data entry and file management tasks
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, tenants, owners, and company departments

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Recent real estate experience a plus.
  • Current CA Real Estate license and Certified Notary Republic (must be willing to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
