Human Resources Manager

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: As a member of the plant management team you are contributing to plant KPIs, driving people engagement & accountability. You are a key contributor to establish Tenneco culture in the plant. You will also help employees with individual development plans designed to foster organizational growth. With radical candor and emotional intelligence, you will estabilish clear and direct communication within the plant. Partner with the Plant Manager & other functional leaders to analyze & forecast workforce requirements. This role will lead execution of workforce planning objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading an HR function within a plant environment.
