Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your main responsibilities will encompass:

• Delivering psychotherapy services including intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care for individuals, couples, and families.

• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities customized to meet the unique needs of each client, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to both legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined patient management.

• Engaging in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

• Providing culturally responsive therapy that honors each client's unique background and experiences, facilitating an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical experience post-licensure is preferred, although recently licensed professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
