Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring intervention.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, ensuring regular follow-up and adjustments as needed.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other professionals, contributing valuable insights and strategies to support client treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to address clients' unique situations.

• Stay up-to-date on current mental health trends, research, and best practices in therapy, incorporating new techniques into your practice as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic services to a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families. You will assist clients in managing various challenges, such as interpersonal conflicts, mental health disorders, life transitions, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
