Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families both virtually and in our outpatient office.

• Assessing client needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy, to address diverse client issues.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with other health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care.

Your role will center around a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
