Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients facing a wide range of personal and relational challenges, such as anxiety, depression, marital distress, and family conflict.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress using electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with clients’ families and relevant healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that ensure holistic wellness and positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate family sessions and support groups, employing innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance communication and understanding among family members.

• Stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies and contribute to the development of clinical protocols that elevate service delivery standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and range from children and adolescents to adults and families. Many of our clients are navigating complex life challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, and past traumas. Your role as an LMFT will be instrumental in establishing therapeutic rapport and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current Tennessee licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively and prioritize client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in a community health setting or those who have worked with diverse populations. Experience in crisis intervention, family therapy, and group therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
