Tax Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and compliance-driven Tax Operations Specialist to join our global financial services team. In this critical role, you will take ownership of the US Information Reporting and Withholding (IRW) tax function, ensuring absolute accuracy and strict adherence to regulatory requirements and defined procedures. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you will service tax-related client inquiries and escalations, with a particular focus on supporting our Prime Brokerage business. This position offers excellent global exposure as you liaise with associates at all levels across international locations. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by participating in ad-hoc projects for new processes, regulatory shifts, and industry initiatives, all while compiling key metrics and quality assurance results under a high-degree of focus on robust regulatory controls.

salary: $38.47 - $38.48 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Perform US IRW Tax Withholding and Reporting function 

• Service tax related client inquiries and escalations particularly for the Prime Brokerage business

• Liaise with associates at all levels across global locations

• Participate in ad hoc projects for new processes, regulatory & industry initiatives

• Compile metrics and quality assurance results with a high degree of focus on regulatory controls

• Adhere to  defined procedures and regulatory requirements

Skills

• TAX (2 years of experience is required)
