Restaurant Yuu, a Michelin one-star fine dining restaurant in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (across from McCarren Park), is seeking a Wine Steward. We are seeking a service-focused wine professional to support our beverage program. This is a hands-on floor position: you will execute wine pairings selected by the Chef and management, open and serve bottles tableside, and maintain accurate records of bottle sales and inventory (labels and counts) as directed.

Responsibilities

• Serve pre-selected wine pairings with precision and hospitality
• Open, decant, and pour bottle wines to fine-dining standards
• Record bottle sales and maintain inventory counts per management instructions
• Communicate with kitchen and service team during dinner service

Qualifications

• Wine service experience in a restaurant setting; sommelier certification a plus but not required
• Comfortable managing wine service independently during dinner service
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Schedule $20.00–$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus tips Hourly position, Tuesday–Saturday (dinner service)
