BILINGUAL PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)

Starting Pay: $26.80/hr.

Schedule:

• Full Time: 7:30 PM - 12:30 AM

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airline passengers.
• Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, arrivals, and departure processes.
• Rotate through airport service areas including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals.
• Answer passenger inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns.
• Support on-time flight operations by responding efficiently to changing flight activities.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, airline personnel, crew members, and airport authorities.
• Assist with passenger documentation and travel requirements.
• Provide support to international travelers in both English and Mandarin.
• Maintain safety, security, and customer service standards throughout airport operations.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Deliver a positive travel experience for passengers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in both English and one (1) of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, Greek, Albanian, Japanese, or Korean.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and operational needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with technology.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
