We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Documentation Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping providers maintain complete and accurate patient records.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and update patient charts
- Review notes for clarity, grammar, and completeness
- Assist with formatting clinical documentation
- Support providers with chart organization
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
